Overflowing inbox

Your shared mailbox sorts itself, and every email finds its person

Customer requests, invoices, reminders, newsletters, notifications: everything lands in the same mailbox, and someone sorts it by hand. Each email is read, classified, summarised and passed to the right person. What is urgent comes up first, the rest waits its turn.

Today

Sorting, a job nobody chose

  • A contact@ mailbox where everyone reads everything, and nobody knows who replies.
  • Important emails buried under newsletters and notifications.
  • Requests left unanswered because they were read, then forgotten.

With Loop & Roll

What moves forward on its own in the mailbox

  • Every email classified

Customer request, invoice, application, supplier, advertising: each message gets its category and label.

  • A three-line summary

Long threads are summarised: who asks for what, by when, with which attachments.

  • Passed to the right person

Depending on the customer, the topic or the language, the email goes to the person or team in charge.

  • What is urgent comes up

A key customer, a legal deadline, a rising tone: the alert goes out on Teams or Slack.

  • The noise filed away

Newsletters and automatic notifications are filed separately, without deleting anything.

  • Replies prepared

For common requests, a reply is written in your tone. You review and send.

A concrete example

Monday morning, the contact mailbox shows 63 emails

By 9 am, everyone finds their own, summarised, and the three urgent ones are already flagged.

  1. Emails received contact@ mailbox
  2. Classified requests, invoices, noise
  3. Summarised three lines each
  4. Assigned to the right team
  5. Urgent ones flagged alert on Teams

How we go about it

We find where the time goes, then we automate it.

The same method in every company: an AI audit to measure, workflows that run, the time saved shown every month. The first audit is free.

  1. Product 1 · Identify

The AI audit First audit free

An interview agent talks with each team, by voice or on screen, for about half an hour. It analyses their emails. A senior consultant completes it when needed.

  2. Product 2 · Automate

    The Loop & Roll platform

Each opportunity you keep becomes a workflow that runs. It reads emails, extracts what matters, keys it into your tools and prepares replies as drafts.

  3. Then · Measure and extend

    The time saved, every month

A dashboard for you and your teams shows the time saved each month. Every six months, a new audit finds the next automations, or fixes and improves the ones in place.

We do not replace anyone

For the whole team

We take away the tedious tasks so that your teams can make the most of their skills.

  • Assistants and reception

No more sorting by hand on Monday morning. Time goes to the people who call and to the delicate cases.

  • Business teams

Everyone gets what concerns them, summarised, without digging through the shared mailbox.

  • Management

A view of what comes in, what is waiting and how long replies take.

Your questions

Where do we start?

With a free audit. An interview agent talks with each team for about half an hour, by voice or on screen, and analyses their emails with their consent. You get the opportunities ranked by gain and effort, in hours and euros. You choose, a first prototype runs, and you approve it before it goes live.

Do we have to change our email system?

No. We connect to Gmail, Microsoft 365 or any IMAP mailbox. Your teams keep their habits.

Are emails deleted?

No. Nothing is deleted: messages are classified, labelled or moved according to your rules, and every action is logged.

Does the AI read our whole mailbox?

Only the emails within the scope you choose. Personal and sensitive information is filtered out, with the AI of your choice.

How many hours does your team spend sorting the mailbox each week?

We start with a free audit of your emails: what comes in, who handles it, and what can be sorted on its own. Book a demo.
