Oversight
See where your admin processes stand, week after week
One dashboard brings together the requests handled, the time saved and the health of your workflows. You know what runs, what is stuck and what each process saves you.
Today
Without figures, automation is just a feeling
- It feels like you are saving time, but nobody can say how much.
- A broken workflow goes unnoticed until a customer chases you.
- No way to tell which share of requests moves on its own, and which is still done by hand.
With Loop & Roll
What you keep an eye on
-
Time saved
Each workflow counts the time it saves, based on the usual time for each task. You follow the total, for yourself or for the whole company.
-
Requests, handled or not
How many requests came in, how many a workflow handled, how many are still done by hand. You see which process to automate next.
-
The health of each workflow
Runs, success rate, failures and median duration. A drop shows up at once, not at the next call from an unhappy customer.
A concrete example
What the dashboard shows
Your own figures, measured from day one, never averages.
- Requests received by mailbox and by day
- Taken by a workflow the automated share
- Runs and their success rate
- Time saved every month
- Company view process by process
Without the jargon
How it works, in plain words
The figures come from the workflows themselves. Nobody has a spreadsheet to fill in.
- Each workflow records what it does. The dashboard adds it up, with no input from you.
- Two views, yours and the whole company’s. Three periods: 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days.
- Time saved starts from the usual time for each task. It is an order of magnitude, to compare and decide.

Your questions
How is time saved calculated?
From the time a person would spend on each task and the number of tasks handled. It is an order of magnitude to compare and decide, not a stopwatch.
What happens when a workflow fails?
The failure shows on the dashboard and in the log. An alert can notify the team on Slack or Teams. The failed step can then be replayed, without duplicates.
Do we have to enter anything?
No. The figures come from the workflows, run after run. Your team has no spreadsheet to keep up to date.
Can we see requests no workflow handles?
Yes. The dashboard separates handled requests from those still done by hand. That is often where the next process to automate is.
Follow what your admin processes give back
During the demo, we look at your processes. Once the workflows are live, the dashboard shows what they save you.
