Beyond email
Your admin processes start without an email too
A form filled in on your website, a row changed in Airtable, a file created in your business tool, a fixed schedule: each can launch a workflow. The same handling, whatever the way in.
Today
Requests do not only arrive by email
- Website form requests wait for someone to copy them into the CRM.
- A row changes in the shared spreadsheet, and nobody tells the right person.
- Month-end reminders only go out if someone remembers to send them.
With Loop & Roll
What changes
-
Every way in counts
Form, business tool, Airtable, Notion, database: one change is enough to launch the planned handling, with no copying.
-
Scheduled tasks, without thinking
Friday reminders, the month-end review, the Monday report: a schedule launches them, every time, on time.
-
The same process everywhere
A quote request follows the same process whether it arrives by email or through the form. Same checks, same follow-up.
A concrete example
A meeting request, handled
At a surveying firm, Julien looks after new clients.
- Website form meeting request
- Recognised: new client details checked
- Record created in CRM no copying
- Slot offered based on the calendar
- Julien notified on Teams
Without the jargon
How it works, in plain words
We connect your sources during setup. After that, everything starts on its own.
- A form or an app sends its data to a dedicated address, and the workflow starts straight away.
- In Airtable, Notion or a database, a new or changed row is enough to launch the handling.
- A schedule: every hour, every Monday at 8 am or at month end, the workflow runs on its own.

Beyond email
Your questions
What can launch a workflow?
An incoming email, a form, another app sending its data (a webhook), a schedule, a change in Airtable, Notion or a database, or a Yousign or MyNotary signature event.
Do we need a developer to connect our form?
No, we connect it during setup. Most form tools can already send their answers to a web address: you just fill it in.
What about our CRM or ERP?
If it offers an API, as most do, we can read from it and write to it, even without a dedicated connector. We check this while scoping your processes.
Does email stay at the centre?
Often, yes: most requests still arrive that way. Other sources are added so nothing is left to copy by hand, wherever the request comes from.
Put your forms and spreadsheets to work too
During the demo, we map every way your requests come in, email included.
