Sovereignty and GDPR
Automating admin means handling customer, staff and supplier data. Here is what we commit to, and what the product really does.
Your instance runs in Europe with OVHcloud, or on your own servers. Your data is never resold.
OpenAI, Mistral, Anthropic, a local model, or AI hosted in France with OVHcloud. The AI only sees the emails of the workflow it serves.
Personal and sensitive information, such as health or private life, is filtered out, with respect for the GDPR.
Each customer has a separate instance: its own database, storage and encryption key. Nothing is shared with other companies.
Admins and members each see what concerns them. Every run is logged: what came in, what was done, by which workflow.
Access to your mailboxes and tools is encrypted. We only keep what a workflow needs, and delete it on request.
