Loops
Loops: the energy of your automations.
You do not pay per user. You buy loops, our unit, like kilowatt-hours: we are the energy supplier of your automations. A workflow uses more or fewer loops depending on its steps, the way a fridge uses more than a lamp.
The rule
Simple to count, easy to predict.
-
1 loop = 1 step that runs
Reading an email, filing a document, updating a file, preparing a reply: each step a workflow runs uses one loop.
-
The trigger is free
The email, form or schedule that starts a workflow does not count. A workflow of 5 steps, trigger included, uses 4 loops per run.
-
AI is counted apart
Your plan includes AI credits, in euros, used at the real cost of each call plus 10 %. With your own AI key, nothing is deducted.
Side by side
Same volume, two workflows, two consumptions.
Two companies each receive 10 requests a day. Company A runs a complete workflow; company B a simple one. Counted over 22 working days.
-
Company A
10 quote requests a day, a complete workflow
- A quote request arrives by email trigger, free
- File the request in the Drive 1 loop
- Alert the person in charge 1 loop
- Add a row in Excel 1 loop
- Prepare the reply 1 loop
4 loops per run × 10 requests a day × 22 working days
880 loops a month
Covered by the Starter plan, which includes 15,000 loops a month.
-
Company B
10 requests a day, a simple workflow
- A request arrives by email trigger, free
- Send it to the CRM 1 loop
1 loop per run × 10 requests a day × 22 working days
220 loops a month
Covered by the Starter plan, which includes 15,000 loops a month.
When it runs more
A predictable subscription, no surprises.
Your plan includes loops every month. The dashboard shows how many you use, workflow by workflow.
- Nothing stops: your workflows keep running.
- We let you know beforehand, at 80 % and at 95 % of your loops.
- You add a pack for a busy month, or move to a bigger plan.
How many loops would your workflows use?
We start with a free audit: it lists your workflows, their steps and their volumes. You know your consumption before you start.
