Quote requests get an answer, building sites get their paperwork
Quote requests, tenders, subcontractor certificates, drawings, site reports, supplier invoices: everything arrives by email, often while the team is on site. Each email is filed to the right project, what is missing is noted, and the reply awaits your approval.
Today
The office overflows while the team is out
- Quote requests left unanswered because nobody was in the office.
- Expired subcontractor certificates discovered at payment time.
- Drawings and site reports scattered across several mailboxes and versions.
With Loop & Roll
The practice’s or firm’s processes that move forward on their own
-
Every quote request qualified
Type of work, address, timing, budget: the request is read, completed if needed, and linked to the right project manager.
-
Subcontractor documents checked
Certificates, insurance, company registration: each document is ticked off, and those about to expire are flagged.
-
Follow-ups on quotes and documents
A quote with no answer, a missing certificate: the follow-up is written and goes out once you agree.
-

Requests, quotes, orders and invoices are added to your tracker or management software, under the right project.

How we go about it
We find where the time goes, then we automate it.
The same method in every company: an AI audit to measure, workflows that run, the time saved shown every month. The first audit is free.
-
Product 1 · Identify
The AI audit First audit free
An interview agent talks with each team, by voice or on screen, for about half an hour. It analyses their emails. A senior consultant completes it when needed.
-
Product 2 · Automate
The Loop & Roll platform
Each opportunity you keep becomes a workflow that runs. It reads emails, extracts what matters, keys it into your tools and prepares replies as drafts.
-
Then · Measure and extend
The time saved, every month
A dashboard for you and your teams shows the time saved each month. Every six months, a new audit finds the next automations, or fixes and improves the ones in place.
We do not replace anyone

Your questions
Where do we start?
With a free audit. An interview agent talks with each team for about half an hour, by voice or on screen, and analyses their emails with their consent. You get the opportunities ranked by gain and effort, in hours and euros. You choose, a first prototype runs, and you approve it before it goes live.
Does it work with our quoting and management software?
You keep it. If it accepts exchanges with other tools, the data is created there directly. Otherwise a shared table holds the tracking, and your team copies over what needs to be.
What goes out without approval?
Nothing, except what you allow, such as an acknowledgement. Replies to quote requests and follow-ups are drafts that you send, edit or discard.
Where do our drawings and data go?
Your data stays with you, on your Drive or SharePoint, with the AI of your choice. Only the emails within a workflow’s scope are read, and every action is logged.
How many quote requests are waiting for an answer this week?
We start with a free audit: your quotes, your sites and your subcontractors, and what can move forward without you. Book a demo.
