Approval
The workflow prepares. Your team approves in one click.
Overnight, your workflows check documents and prepare replies and reminders. In the morning, everyone reviews and sends in a few minutes. Sensitive decisions wait for a manager’s yes.
Today
What your team deals with today
- The morning starts with an hour of answering the same requests again.
- The quote is waiting for the manager’s sign-off, and the manager is in a meeting.
- Nobody dares let a tool write to a customer, so everything is done by hand.
With Loop & Roll
What changes
-
The morning review
Drafts prepared overnight are gathered in one place, across all inboxes. Read, tweak a sentence if needed, send.
-
Approvals in one click
A workflow can wait for a manager’s yes. They get an email with two buttons, approve or reject. No answer means nothing goes out.
-
The right tone for each contact
Drafts are formal or friendly depending on the contact, in their language, with the right signature. Fewer edits, replies that sound like you.
A concrete example
A special discount, approved
At a supplies wholesaler, Sophie runs the sales team.
- Discount request from a loyal customer
- Reply prepared in your tone
- Approval requested from Sophie
- Approved in one click from her phone
- Reply sent at 8:12 am
Without the jargon
How it works, in plain words
Preparing and sending are two separate steps. In between, you decide.
- Overnight, workflows prepare replies and reminders as drafts. No message goes out without an explicit rule.
- In the morning, the review lists everything: send, edit, reject or snooze. Several drafts can go out at once.
- An approval arrives by email with two buttons. A reminder goes out halfway, and with no answer the request is rejected.

Your questions
Can a message go out without review?
Only if you decide so, workflow by workflow. By default, replies are drafts. And a single switch stops all sending for the whole company.
Do we have to change email client?
No. Drafts are real drafts in Gmail or Outlook, and approvals arrive by email. Your team keeps its habits.
Who receives approval requests?
The person in charge of the workflow. The buttons work without logging in, from a phone. The first decision wins.
What if nobody answers?
A reminder goes out halfway. At the deadline, 48 hours by default, the request counts as rejected. Silence never sends anything.
