Artificial intelligence
AI reads and prepares. Your processes move on. A person decides when in doubt.
In a workflow, AI is one step among others: it reads the request and its attachments, picks out what matters and prepares the reply. You see its confidence level. When it hesitates, someone on your team decides.
Today
Everyone talks about AI. Your files are still waiting.
- Consumer AI tools know nothing about your customers, your documents or your business software.
- Copying a request into a chatbot and pasting the answer back is not saving time.
- Nobody knows what the AI read, or when it got it wrong.
With Loop & Roll
What AI does in your workflows
-
Reading requests and documents
Each request is recognised: quote, invoice, complaint, case document. Amounts, dates and contract numbers are picked out and entered into your business tool.
-
Preparing replies and reminders
Drafts are formal or friendly like you, in the right language, with the right signature. Your team reviews, then sends.
-
Leaving doubt to a person
Every decision shows a confidence level. When the AI is not sure, the file waits for someone on your team to decide.
A concrete example
A supplier invoice, read and passed on
At a building firm, Karim receives around thirty invoices a week.
- Invoice received accounts@
- Recognised: invoice confidence 94%
- Amount and due date read in the attached PDF
- Entered in accounts with the site number
- Passed on to Karim for approval
Without the jargon
How it works, in plain words
AI is one step of the workflow, not a black box.
- Only requests within scope are handed to it. HR or private exchanges can be excluded before it ever sees them.
- It returns a readable result: a category, extracted details, a draft. It never sends anything on its own.
- You choose the model: ours, or yours with OpenAI, Mistral or Anthropic, or a local model on your own servers.

Your questions
What if the AI gets it wrong?
Before going live, we measure how well it reads your past requests. After that, it shows its confidence and lets a person decide when in doubt. Replies go out as drafts and are reviewed before sending.
Which AI model do you use?
Whichever you want. We provide a default model. You can also connect your own OpenAI, Mistral or Anthropic account, or a local model through Ollama, running on your servers.
Does the AI read all our emails?
No. It only sees requests within scope. Exclusions apply before it: an excluded email is never passed to it, not even during a trial.
Does it read attachments?
Yes, PDFs that contain text, like most invoices and quotes produced by software. Scanned documents, images and Word or Excel files are not read yet.
