Reliability
Admin processes that keep running, without you watching over them
Each request is handled exactly once. When your business software does not respond, the workflow retries on its own. When a step really fails, it is replayed without entering or sending anything twice.
Today
An automated process that breaks is worse than a manual one
- A tool crashes, and nobody knows which files were handled.
- Restarting by hand means risking entering the same invoice twice.
- The colleague who built the automation becomes the in-house fixer.
With Loop & Roll
What changes
-
Once, and only once
Each request goes through a workflow exactly once. No double entry in the ERP, no reminder sent twice to the same customer.
-
Automatic retries
A locked file, slow business software: the workflow retries on its own, at growing intervals. Most incidents sort themselves out without you.
-
Replays without duplicates
If a step really fails, it is replayed from where it stopped. What was already done is not done again.
A concrete example
An invoice, despite a locked file
At a regional haulier, the accounts team tracks invoices in Excel.
- Invoice received accounts@
- Amount picked out in the attached PDF
- Excel file locked temporary failure
- New attempt works the 2nd time
- Row added once recorded in the log
Without the jargon
How it works, in plain words
Each workflow keeps track of what it has already done. That is what prevents duplicates.
- Each step is recorded as it happens. A restart never loses a file in progress.
- Temporary errors are retried automatically, three times by default. Real outages are reported to you.
- Each run leaves a trace: what was read, decided, entered. You always know what happened.

Your questions
Who monitors the workflows?
They partly monitor themselves: automatic retries, alerts on failure. We follow the rest with you. You do not have to become the maintenance team.
How do we know a workflow is failing?
Failures show on the dashboard. An alert can also go out on Slack or Teams, so the right person reacts quickly.
Can a replay enter or send something twice?
No. Sends, entries, uploaded files and booked meetings are recorded. On replay, what already happened is skipped. A doubtful case is reported to you rather than replayed blindly.
Will a reminder planned in three weeks still go out?
Yes. Waits are stored, not kept in memory, and survive a restart. They can be counted in working days, public holidays excluded.
