What you can automate with Microsoft Teams

Actions

What a workflow can do next.

  • Notify

Workflows you can build

Each one starts from a real situation and uses only nodes that exist today. Test it on past emails before you publish it.

  • Alert the team on urgent requests

Requests the AI marks as urgent are posted to the team channel with the sender and the subject.

    1. Email received
    2. Categorize
    3. Notify
  • Celebrate signed contracts

When everyone has signed a Yousign request, the sales channel hears about it straight away.

    1. Yousign — event
    2. Notify
  • Report failed runs

Your error workflow posts what failed, and where, to the operations channel.

    1. Workflow failure
    2. Notify

How to connect Microsoft Teams

Paste the channel’s incoming webhook URL into a Notify node set to Microsoft Teams. The URL is never written to the run data or the logs.

Before you start

  • An incoming webhook URL for the Teams channel to notify.

The full guide in the documentation

  1. Create an incoming webhook for the channel in Microsoft Teams and copy its URL.
  2. Add a Notify node to the workflow and choose Microsoft Teams as the destination.
  3. Paste the webhook URL, then write the title and the message — expressions included.
