E-commerce and retail
After every sale, the inbox overflows. Your team no longer does.
Parcel tracking, returns, trade orders, marketplace and supplier invoices: it all arrives by email. The status is read from your shop, returns are logged, orders entered, and your team approves the replies that matter.
Today
The back office of a growing shop
- Fifty “where is my order?” emails a week, each needing a trip into the shop admin.
- Returns agreed by email but recorded nowhere, and the warehouse finding out when it opens the box.
- Trade orders arriving as PDFs and retyped line by line into the ERP.
With Loop & Roll
A back office that keeps itself moving
-
Customer requests sorted by reason
Tracking, return, damaged item, invoice, product question: each email is classified and the order number picked out.
-
Order and evidence checked
The order is found in the shop, photos of a damaged parcel are attached, and the return window is checked.
-
Chasing suppliers and customers
A missing photo for a dispute, a supplier late with its dispatch notice: the reminder is ready at the right time.
-
Shop, ERP and stock kept current
Trade orders are created in the ERP, returns logged with their reason, marketplace invoices filed for the accounts team.
-
Warehouse and support kept informed
The warehouse knows which return is coming and when. An unhappy customer or a carrier dispute goes straight to the person in charge.
-
Replies ready, with real tracking
The reply uses the actual status and the carrier link, in the customer’s language. Only the replies you have allowed go out on their own.
A concrete example
A return request arrives on the first night of the sale
Next morning, the return is logged, the warehouse informed and the customer reply ready.
- Return request received order no. 10482
- Return window checked day 9 of 14
- Return logged shop and ERP
- Warehouse informed arriving Tuesday
- Reply ready with return label
How we go about it
We find where the time goes, then we automate it.
The same method in every company: an AI audit to measure, workflows that run, the time saved shown every month. The first audit is free.
-
Product 1 · Identify
The AI audit First audit free
An interview agent talks with each team, by voice or on screen, for about half an hour. It analyses their emails. A senior consultant completes it when needed.
-
Product 2 · Automate
The Loop & Roll platform
Each opportunity you keep becomes a workflow that runs. It reads emails, extracts what matters, keys it into your tools and prepares replies as drafts.
-
Then · Measure and extend
The time saved, every month
A dashboard for you and your teams shows the time saved each month. Every six months, a new audit finds the next automations, or fixes and improves the ones in place.
We do not replace anyone
For the whole team
We take away the tedious tasks so that your teams can make the most of their skills.
-
Customer service
Repetitive questions are taken care of. What is left: damaged parcels, unhappy customers and real advice.
-
Warehouse
Returns announced in advance and trade orders entered without reference errors.
-
Founder
Fewer evenings in the contact inbox, and clear service figures after every promotion.

Your questions
Does it work with our platform and carriers?
Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop and most platforms let other software read an order’s status. Carriers send tracking by email or API. We check your setup during the demo.
Do replies go out without review?
Only those you allow, such as tracking for a shipped order. Returns, disputes and special cases arrive as drafts for your team. Everything can stay in draft at first, then open up.
Where do we start?
With a free audit. An interview agent talks with each team for about half an hour, by voice or on screen, and analyses their emails with their consent. You get the opportunities ranked by gain and effort, in hours and euros. You choose, a first prototype runs, and you approve it before it goes live.
What about our customers’ data?
Only the emails a workflow is set up for are read. Access is encrypted, every run is logged, and your data stays in Europe or on your servers. Nothing is used for anything other than your processes.
How many “where is my order?” emails do you get each week?
We start with a free audit of your typical requests: the ones that can move forward on their own, and the time it gives back to your team. Book a demo.
