A loop is one step of a workflow that runs. You pay for what your workflows actually do, not for seats.

Each time it runs. A trigger, a reading, a decision, a reply, a filing: five steps, and the trigger is free, so four loops.

4 loops × 100 runs × 30 days. The Starter plan, with its 15,000 loops, covers it.

AI is counted apart, in AI credits
Your plan includes euros of AI credits, used at the real cost of each call plus 10 % (×1.10). With your own AI key, nothing is deducted.

What is a loop exactly?
One step of a workflow that runs: reading an email, calling an AI, updating a file, sending a reply. The trigger that starts it is free: a workflow of 5 steps, trigger included, that runs once uses 4 loops.
What happens when I use all my loops?
Nothing stops: your workflows keep running. We let you know beforehand, at 80 % and 95 %, and you can add a pack or move to a bigger plan.
Do unused loops carry over?
The loops included in your plan are renewed every month and do not carry over. The loops of a pack, though, stay available for 12 months.
What do 15,000 loops represent?
15,000 loops are 3,750 runs of a 5-step workflow (4 loops each, trigger free): about 125 runs a day, every day of the month. That is the Starter plan.
How much do the packs cost?
Loop packs: 10,000 loops for €150 and 50,000 loops for €500. AI packs: €25 and €100 of credits. Prices excl. VAT, valid for 12 months. Moving up a plan stays cheaper per loop than buying packs every month.
How are AI credits counted?
At the real cost plus 10 % (×1.10) of the AI calls made with our key, in euros. If you connect your own AI key, its calls are on your provider and are never deducted.
What can €15 of AI credits do?
Credits are counted at the provider's real cost plus 10 % (×1.10), so €15 of credits cover about €13.60 of actual AI calls: roughly 1,800 analyses of a long email with a top-tier model, and over 18,000 with a small one. Indicative figures, they depend on the model and on the length of your emails.
Can I change plan?
Yes, at any time: the new plan applies right away and the price is prorated over the month.
Are prices with or without VAT?
All prices are excluding VAT, per month, per instance (one instance per organisation).
