Turn expense receipts into a Google Sheets ledger

Employees forward receipts (PDF) to a dedicated address. The AI reads each one and logs merchant, date, total including tax, VAT and an expense category (travel, meals, lodging, supplies, other) in a Google Sheets ledger, along with the sender. Amounts are only what the receipt shows; accounting still validates.
