File signed contracts in SharePoint with their key dates

A signed contract arrives as a PDF: it is stored in your SharePoint legal library, then the AI extracts the parties, subject, effective date, end date and notice period and adds a line to your contracts list (columns: Title, Parties, Effective date, End date, Notice). The AI reads, it never interprets clauses: legal review stays with your lawyer.
