Invoices: extract and log to Google Sheets

When an email arrives with a PDF attached, the text is read, an AI model extracts supplier, invoice number, amount and due date, and a row is appended to your tracking spreadsheet. The email is then filed. Pick the Google account, the spreadsheet and the folder after import.
