Confirm appointments and answer cancellations
Reads Calendly (or any agenda) notification emails. A new booking gets a confirmation draft reminding the details to the invitee; a cancellation or a reschedule gets a kind draft offering to rebook. Invitee name, address and date are extracted from the notification.
