Cancellation, lawyer or complaint wording: alert the team
Watches for emails that mention a cancellation, a lawyer or a formal complaint. The AI checks that the sender really means it (a lawyer’s signature or a quoted clause is not enough), flags the email and posts a Teams alert with the type, the sender and the subject. No body text is shared; the team decides what to do.
