New job application: notify the HR team without the CV
When an application with an attachment arrives, the AI reads it and the HR channel on Teams gets a one-line note: role applied for, years of experience and how to find the email. Name, contact details and CV content stay in the mailbox. Nothing is ranked or rejected, and no reply is sent.
