Chase missing documents until they arrive

When a client sends a file, lists what is still missing and drafts the request, then waits 3 business days. If the client replies, or if a colleague’s email titled “documents received” (with the file reference) says they arrived by another route, the chase stops; otherwise a reminder is drafted. Built for notaries and agencies.
