Unpaid invoices: reminders with a graded tone

Every weekday morning, lists the invoices of your Table that are unpaid and at least 7 days overdue (columns invoice_number, client, email, amount, days_overdue, status, notes) and drafts one reminder each: friendly at 7 days, firm at 15, formal at 30. Drafts only, plus a Slack summary.
