Meeting minutes: summary and action items in Notion

When meeting minutes arrive by email (body or attachment), the AI writes a short summary, lists decisions and action items with owner and due date when stated, and creates a Notion page with all of it. Owners and dates are only reported if written in the minutes. Pick your Notion database after import.
