Track insurance claim emails in a structured table
Emails from insurers or adjusters about a claim are structured: claim number, policy number, type of loss (fire, water, theft, vehicle…), loss date, amount claimed and the next step requested. Messages that mention injuries or medical details are NOT stored and are only flagged. Table columns: claim_number, policy, loss_type, loss_date, amount, next_step.
