Sort shop mail: returns, delivery, after-sales, disputes
The order number is extracted first, then the AI routes the email to returns, delivery, after-sales or payment disputes. Every case is logged in a Table keyed by order number so the team sees all contacts for one order; payment disputes are also flagged and sent to Teams because bank deadlines are short. Table columns: Order, Type, Sender.
