Sort school mail: parents, students, administration

For a school or training centre secretariat. The AI separates parents, students and administration emails, files each in its folder, and logs absence notices from parents in a Table (columns: Student, Class, Reason type, Date) so attendance staff do not dig through the inbox. Sensitive reasons are not copied: only a type such as illness or family.
