File PDF attachments in one Drive folder per sender

Each email carrying a PDF creates (or reuses) a Google Drive folder named after the sender, then stores the PDFs inside it, named after the subject. Connect your Google account and pick the parent folder after import. Nothing is deleted or sent: the mail stays untouched in your inbox.
