Incident webhook: email the person on call

Your alerting tool posts an incident (keys: service, severity, message). The workflow looks up who is on call in a table (columns Role “primary”, Email), has the AI write a two-line factual email and sends it. If nobody is listed, the team is warned on Slack instead. Pick the table and the sending mailbox.
