Job offer: AI draft, HR director approval, then draft

A hiring manager emails the terms of an offer (candidate, role, salary, start date). If anything is missing, a request for details is drafted. Otherwise the AI writes the offer letter, the HR director approves it with salary and terms in view, and only then does it become a draft to the candidate. A refusal drafts the feedback to the manager.
