Flag important emails left unanswered for 48 hours
The AI spots incoming emails that clearly expect an answer (a question, a request, a deadline). If nobody has replied in the thread after 48 hours, the email is flagged and unread again, and you get a Slack notification with the sender and subject. Nothing is sent.
