Discounts above 15%: sales director approval
When a sales rep emails a discount request, the AI extracts client, list price, discount and justification. Up to 15%, the rep gets a go-ahead draft; above, the director receives a clear approval request. Approved or refused, a draft answer is prepared for the rep, with the maximum allowed discount if refused.
