Client announcement: approval, then mailing to the list

Your communication team emails an announcement. The AI checks facts, tone and legal mentions, the director approves with that check in view, and only then is the message sent one by one to the clients of your Table who gave consent (columns email, consent). A refusal returns a draft to the author.
