Sort agency mail: buyers, sellers, tenants, syndic

For a real-estate agency: the AI tells apart buyers, sellers, tenants and property-manager (syndic) emails. Buyers are saved in a Table with their search criteria, the others are filed in their folder, and sellers also trigger a Slack ping since a new mandate is worth a call. Table columns: Name, Email, Search.
