Triage appointment mail without reading health data
For a practice or clinic front desk: emails are sorted into appointment requests, cancellations and administrative questions. The AI only looks at the logistics (preferred days, cancel or not) and is told never to repeat or store symptoms or any medical detail; alerts carry no subject line or body. The practitioner replies personally.
